The following User Agreement was formulated to ensure the growth and sustainability of eLearnAfrik.com. Please refer to them when you have questions about eLearnAfrik.com or need to clarify any concerns about your business practices. However, eLearnAfrik.com reserves the right to revise this information at any time.

When you register as a member with eLearnAfrik.com, you agree to follow and be bound by the eLearnAfrik.com Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures, which are amended from time to time.

Violations of the Company Code of Ethics, Participant Agreement, or the written Policies and Procedures may lead to cancellation, termination or deletion of participant’s account. 

Please read through these Policies and Procedures carefully to fully benefit and understand your rights and responsibilities as a member of eLearnAfrik.com.


All the enlisted courses on eLearnAfrik.com are owned by independent teachers. eLearnAfrik.com only links you, as a student, with the teacher at a commission. We do not guarantee any course here. Therefore, scrutinize the contents of a course package, research about the teacher, read the reviews about him/her (If available) and take the necessary precautionary steps before subscribing to the course.

Our default payment might be in Nigerian Naira, US Dollar or any other equivalent.

This payment is strictly for the purchases of our Training Package (TP), course materials and/or any other product available on this platform.

This payment or fees are needed for you to purchase any course on this platform, subscribe to any paid program or event on or through this platform.

You can also join both the e-learning and ‘REFER and EARN’ (Affiliate) Program on eLearnAfrik.com.

THERE IS NO REFUND OF MONEY AFTER PAYMENT ON ALL e-Learning programs on this platform!

All members/purchasers accept that the joining/purchasing/subscription fee is a non-refundable fee. Thus, no refund will apply even if you are no longer interested in the course subscribed.


You are 18 years of age and above.

You will follow the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all that you do on eLearnAfrik.com. 

You will not make negative or disparaging remarks about eLearnAfrik.com, coordinators, employees, representatives, services or project. 

You will present our marketing plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of effort required for achieving success. 

You will carry out all the duties of sponsorship and responsible leadership as you develop your sales team. 

You will treat everyone, whether they are in your sales team or not, with the same courtesy. 

You will not promote eLearnAfrik.com as a Tax avoidance scheme or as pyramid scheme or Ponzi. 

You will not produce marketing or training aids of any kind for sale to other promoters without the prior written permission from Applesoft Publishing House (Founders of eLearnAfrik.com). 

You will consistently put forth your best efforts to promote the success of eLearnAfrik.com

You will not engage in activities that will cause loss to eLearnAfrik.com or her subscribers. 

You will not use the organization’s name, information literature, gatherings of people or other eLearnAfrik.com resources materials to further other business interests (i.e. selling insurance or sponsoring people into other companies). 

You will abide by all Policies and Procedures that pertain to the smooth operation of eLearnAfrik.com.

During the course of your Membership via subscription or individual e-course purchases, you shall not violate these guiding rules because violation of these rules are likely to result in termination of your membership and you will forfeit all your eLearnAfrik.com Benefits.


A Subscriber/Member/Customer/Client is considered to be duly registered, if eLearnAfrik.com accepts the completed Application, the required subscription fee and consequent acceptance to abide by eLearnAfrik.com policies and guiding rules.

eLearnAfrik.com reserves the right to accept or reject any member’s Application and Registration form without having to assign any reason for its acceptance or rejection.

All Subscribers and/or Members are mere users and independent promoters and are neither agents nor employees of eLearnAfrik.com.

The Member/Promoter is responsible for bearing all costs and expenses incurred in the conduct of his/her participation.

An Affiliate Member must have only one introducer (sponsor).

Husbands and wives married or de facto, may sponsor each other or have different sponsors. This also applies to any interlocking directorships or share holdings that may exist from a business relationship.

As an Affiliate Member, you must meet the personal qualification level in order to qualify for the rewards from the Compensation Plan.


It is the responsibility of each member to update any registration details of their account such as email address, postal address, bank account details, and mobile phone number. 

This will ensure the member is kept up-to-date with all updates from the company. These updates are also posted in the News/Events/Blog section of the eLearnAfrik.com website and dashboard of each Member’s website. 

eLearnAfrik.com will bear no responsibility for any loss (moral, physical or financial or legal or any other kind of loss) caused by entering wrong information into registration form/ misrepresentation by any subscriber/member or any other person.


Each member must keep their password and other secure access information confidential and notify eLearnAfrik.com promptly if the member believes that the security of an account has been compromised. 

The management of eLearnAfrik.com has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of all online transactions performed on eLearnAfrik.com. However, eLearnAfrik.com cannot and does not warrant such security and will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any security breaches.


Members have the option of building a personal marketing team by introducing the Compensation Plan to interested people who are willing to undergo business training. 

It is the responsibility of such Members to assist in the training and monitor the activity of members of its personal marketing team. Any disputes regarding Sponsoring genealogy shall be decided by the organization.

A sponsoring Member must not exaggerate the earning potential that may result from this business opportunity.

A sponsoring Member is obliged to fairly and fully explain the marketing plan to all prospective Members, making sure to stress that the degree of success is directly related to individual effort and ability.


Members representing eLearnAfrik.com are known as Affiliate Marketers or independent promoters. They have no authority to bind the company to any obligations. The relationship between members and eLearnAfrik.com is established only by this Agreement. A Member is not an agent, employee or any other legal representative of eLearnAfrik.com or its service providers.

Members are solely responsible for all self-employment taxes and any federal, state, local or other taxes that may be due as a result of their eLearnAfrik.com business activities. Members agree to abide by any national, federal, state, provincial, county or local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to this Agreement. At Member’s own expense, members will make, execute and file all such reports and obtain such licenses as are required by law or public authority with respect to this Agreement.


Members will not use the eLearnAfrik.com trade names and/or trademarks except to promote. In all such authorized use, Members will ensure that they represent themselves as an independent representative and that all marketing efforts are the responsibility of the member and not the firm.

Any sales and marketing materials supplied by eLearnAfrik.com may NOT be or sold to other parties at a profit and that any purchase of these materials from eLearnAfrik.com does not qualify members for any reward payments.

eLearnAfrik.com makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the use, efficacy or suitability for any purpose with respect to any such marketing material unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing in connection with the purchase thereof.


Members may create their own marketing materials. Any marketing materials that use the name eLearnAfrik.com or any of her logos, trademarks or trade names MUST be approved by eLearnAfrik.com before they can be used.

eLearnAfrik.com has no liability or responsibility for any content, including the quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of any information, product, service or process promoted on members web site or other marketing materials.

In no event shall eLearnAfrik.com be liable for any claims or damages of any kind arising from the contents of any website or marketing materials created by a Member/Subscriber. References in a member’s website or marketing materials to products, services, processes, hypertext links to third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation eLearnAfrik.com.

Members are not permitted to take advantage of firm’s name and are therefore not permitted to either infer or imply that they have a direct association or affiliation with the firm by promoting themselves by way of eLearnAfrik.com name variations.


eLearnAfrik.com produces approved literature for use by Members/subscribers. All promotional material appearing in the Members Virtual Office is approved for downloading to print and copying onto disc for promotional use to prospective members however it may not be altered or added to in any way.


On occasion, eLearnAfrik.com will undergo routine maintenance or experience unexpected technical problems. eLearnAfrik.com will make a good-faith effort to do maintenance as quickly and conveniently as possible, and to respond to technical problems promptly.

eLearnAfrik.com may be required to access an Associate’s website from time to time to provide maintenance. eLearnAfrik.com will not in any circumstance be responsible for problems, losses, or damages arising from loss of connectivity; errors in content due to application problems; loss of access by Members; or temporary or permanent loss of data.


When a Member presents eLearnAfrik.com to others, they should understand all aspects of the rewards program and not make any representation or promise that is not contained in this agreement or in eLearnAfrik.com corporate literature and promotional materials. This representation includes print media, video/audio media or any other form of advertisement/ promotion.

If a prospective member relies on any promises made by an eLearnAfrik.com member that is not stated in this Agreement and/or official firm’s materials, and the member fails to keep any such promise, the prospective members shall only have recourse against the member and not eLearnAfrik.com.

If the member has unfulfilled promises made they, have the option of lodging a complaint with eLearnAfrik.com. Upon receipt of such a complaint, the organization will investigate the matter as it deems necessary and, upon validation of such a complaint, impose appropriate penalties on the offending Member. Such action however will not result in any recovery of damages by the prospective member, which the prospective member is free to seek against the offending member, not the organization.


Members who choose to promote eLearnAfrik.com are able to earn money and rewards through eLearnAfrik.com’s Compensation Plan. The member understands and agrees to abide by the Members Agreement. A Member understands they are bound by the terms hereof and that the member will be entitled to participate upon acceptance of a valid application for participation.


Inactivity fees occurs when an account has not been accessed after a certain period of time.

If no attempts are made to log in to an account for 3 consecutive months, the account is considered to be Dormant.  After this time, a fee of 5% of the total account balance (applied retroactively) will be debited from the account each month (Minimum fee is N4,000 ($10) per month).  After 6 months of continued inactivity, the account is considered Abandoned and the full remaining balance will be debited.
